What's included in the per-user price?
Everything. Each user gets full workstation management, help desk support, advanced cybersecurity, cloud backup, vendor management, and strategic IT planning. Servers, firewalls, and networking equipment are covered at no additional per-device charge for most standard environments.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Our standard agreements are 12 months, which gives us time to properly onboard your environment and deliver consistent results. Month-to-month is available after your initial term. We earn your business every month — not through lock-in.
What if I need to add or remove users?
Add users at any time — they're prorated for the current billing cycle. Need to reduce seats? Give us 30 days' notice and we'll adjust your next invoice.
Why don't you offer cheaper tiers with fewer features?
