Cloud Care Pro™ membership is billed monthly with a 2-year contract. Each computer on the plan is subject to a $99
setup fee, which includes setup of all Cloud Care Pro™ software and an initial computer fitness evaluation. Prior to
enrollment, computers must be free of hardware and software defects and running a valid version of Windows 10 or
Apple OSX 10.11 (or greater).
